Who has time to mash up chick peas and eat it for breakfast?! I think it took me about 20mins to mash them all up, and another 15mins or so to steam the spinach. Luckily I woke up at 6:15am to give myself plenty of time, but I don’t think I’ll be waking up 30mins early just to make breakfast. I highly doubt that chick peas, lentils or miso soup will be on the breakfast menu once Reset is over.

Got through another work week with not too many struggles! Everyday is starting to look alike: make breakfast, go to work, take supplements, lunch, supplements, go home, supplements, make dinner, blog, and go to bed. I know that it’s not highly exciting, and I hate to say it but Reset has been taking over my life. I have to schedule most activities around my cooking and my meals, which frankly I’m getting a little fed up with. Friday nights and weekends are the hardest because I don’t want to be spending my nights making bland dinner. Even though I feel great and am seeing good results, I’m starting to get a little cranky about the constant cooking. But hey, I shouldn’t complain. I knew what I was getting myself into when I started the program.
