This entry is part 14 of 20 in the series Beachbody

I’m starting to really get fed up with Reset… Not so much because of the meals but more around the frustration of not being able to go to a restaurant.

When I’m out and about somewhere, it’s so natural for me to pop in somewhere to grab a small bite to eat. Even if I wasn’t hungry, it just seems like the right thing to do to sit at a patio restaurant and sip on a glass of wine while watching the rest of the world goes by. I enjoy people watching and restaurants typically have the best setting for that.

Tonight was a really beautiful, warm summer night and we strolled around an outdoor shopping area that has a really great ambiance. There’s a big fountain in the middle that’s surrounded by some of my favorite stores, smaller boutiques, and of course great restaurants and lounges. Unfortunately after about an hour of shopping, we had to cut our outdoor Saturday night short because there really wasn’t much more we could do when bars & restaurants are off limits. It was really frustrating to call it a night when it was still fairly early…

On a brighter note, we went shopping for the third and final phase, which starts tomorrow! I spent a grand total of *drumroll*… $27 that will cover breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week! Can’t beat that!

As difficult and time consuming this program is, it really does have many benefits. I would have never known how to make meals using only vegetables, let alone eating healthy for only $27 a week. I’m saving money, I’m learning recipes and I’ve been feeling great. Can’t really go wrong with that!

Check it out, a video on the beach!
