Hello Phase 3!
We finally meet – took us long enough!
After hours of cooking and chopping in the kitchen, I couldn’t be more excited that I’ve reached the final phase of Ultimate Reset. The past two weeks have been a consistent stream of cooking, eating, working and blogging with not too many twists and turns. The past couple weekends have been very similar, or it other words, very mellow and low key. I didn’t mind it at first, but there’s only so much staying indoors I can handle on a beautiful day like today. I need a little bit more excitement in my life!
But frustration aside, this program has been really life changing for me. I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but having the ability to cook healthy meals with less than $30 a week is incredible! When I’m done with Reset, I plan to fold the pages of recipes that I especially enjoyed and ingrain it into my lifestyle.
So bring it on, veggies & fruits! I don’t no stinkin’ carbs! (well, for another week at least…)
