I wasn’t feeling as bubbly as I normally do. I had a minor headache, which, apparently is supposed to be normal on Day 2 of the Reset program because my body is starting to adjust to the supplements. I now understand why it is recommended to start the program in the middle of the week, because you’d soon have the weekend to rest. I felt motivated this morning to go to my abs class, but by the time 4pm rolled around and when my headache was still there, I decided to skip it. I basically felt cranky, tired, and super mellow…

I’m hoping that a good night sleep would help with my mood and my headache… *fingers crossed* that tomorrow is a better day!

Here’s what I had to say about Day 2:

Headache may have been caffeine withdrawal. So what did you eat on day 2? Anything yummy?

Day 2 was definitely harder than the first day, mostly because of my headache. I don’t typically drink that my caffeine anymore – but it could be my chocolate withdrawal ;) My body doesnt seem to like the absence of chocolate… *wink *

Keep it up Janice, first week is the toughest but if I can make it through it anyone can! Great videos and great information! I can see your journey and videos helping others going through the same thing.

Thanks Jimmie! I know that it’ll only get harder from here… Might have to start turning to those online support groups soon!
