Thank goodness that my headache was gone! Even though I still got less hours of sleep than recommended (because I was up making my microgreen salad for today’s lunch), I still felt more energized than I did yesterday morning. I thought I gave myself plenty of time to steam my spinach and make my breakfast, but I still found myself inhaling my food and rushing out the door. Grr, I hate that I had to do that… Beachbody specifically says “chew your food, your tummy doesn’t have teeth” which has been my motto for the past 3 days.

Since I’ve started Reset, I’ve drank about 2.5 gallons of water, and that’s not including the water I’ve used to cook my food. I bought two 2.5 gallons of distilled water containers for work and at home, and a few gallon bottles for on-the-go. I’ve drank about half of the container at work and finished the few bottles I had in the car. So you can only imagine how frustrating it is throughout the day when I have to go use the bathroom every 30 mins…

So, the ultimate tease of the day was when my co-workers decided to go to happy hour…

Fortunately, I’m not a fan of lamb chops, but if oysters or flatbread pizza were on the table, it would have been much more difficult. Honestly, the broccoli and hummus wasn’t so bad, but that smell of red meat made my mouth water. I’m definitely a carnivore!
