A Night at the 626 Night Market
A couple weekends ago, I finally made it out to the 626 Night Market in Arcadia. The night market was first described to me a couple years ago as a vibrant, Asian food market that includes entertainment and performances by local artists. Every so often, we come across influential people who are on their way to conquering the world. My Neighborhood
You know how some people say that “you never know how good it was until it’s gone?” Well, I’m about to move out of my beautiful neighborhood of Marina Del Rey where I’ve lived for the past 3 years. As my time in my neighborhood draws closer to an end, I’m starting to feel rather appreciative of living in the West Side, and being able to walk down to the beach without having to drive. I’ve been flipping through some photographs that I’ve taken of my neighborhood and I’d like to share them with you. This is a dedication post

I call myself a ‘people’ photographer, specializing in capturing the personalities of people through family, newborn and event photography. I’m originally German-Japanese and was raised embracing both cultures. I was raised in Japan and in many parts of Europe, until I finally settled in Los Angeles to call it my permanent home. My love for photography started at an early age. A fun hobby eventually turned in to a passion when I found joy in taking candid photos of my friends. Naturally, my love for photography turned in to a lifestyle and I was asked to photograph people’s milestones and celebrations. And so, my photography business was born in 2010.
