I recently had the pleasure of photographing a fellow photographer friend and her beautiful family at the iconic Colorado Bridge in Pasadena. The bridge, with its timeless arches and intricate details, was a stunning backdrop for the session. It’s always such a special experience to capture moments for someone who shares the same passion for photography. From the start, the connection and trust we share made it feel like a collaboration rather than just a session.
We captured this session during golden hour, and it was absolutely perfect! As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the bridge seemed to glow, that makes this time of day so magical. We explored the area, taking advantage of the different perspectives the bridge offers, from the dramatic angles underneath to the sweeping views from above. Reflecting on this session, I’m reminded why I love what I do. Photography has this incredible ability to freeze time, to hold onto the fleeting light and laughter of a golden hour under the Colorado Bridge. This session wasn’t just about creating beautiful images; it was about celebrating a family’s connection and the artistry that comes alive in a shared moment. Mention the Colorado Bridge if you’re interested in having your next family session at this iconic location!
