Tucked away in a quiet corner of Glendale, Mayor’s Bicentennial Park is one of my favorite little spots for family sessions, especially in the fall. I recently had the pleasure of photographing a mini family session here, and it reminded me just how special this place is. In the fall, the park comes alive with changing leaves and pops of red winter berries, adding a vibrant and festive touch to your holiday photos. The small bridges scattered throughout the park add charm and texture to your images, and little ones always love exploring them!
This park is very accessible for all ages. It’s easy to get to from the parking area, which makes it a stress-free choice for families with small children or elderly family members. No long walks, no steep hills, just a peaceful, beautiful setting that’s perfect for a short, relaxed session.
If you’re looking for a local spot that’s low-key, scenic, and easy for the whole family, I highly recommend Mayor’s Bicentennial Park for your next session. Mini sessions here fill up fast during the fall, so feel free to reach out if you’d like to book yours—I’d love to photograph your family here!

Hiromi
