Family: Wills Rogers Memorial Park, Beverly Hills

I love ‘growing’ with my families! I first met this lovely family before they were a family of 3! I had the pleasure of photographing my client’s maternity, then for the newborn session, and now for their family session with their almost-1 year old. It was a warm summer day in Will Rogers Memorial Park in Beverly Hills, shortly before golden hour. We decided to start the session a little earlier in the day to accommodate the little one’s bedtime, but I was able to photograph them beautifully with the sun shining mostly from behind them. The rose gardens were blooming, turtles lounged by the pond, and everything felt calm and softly lit. Even though this is a bit of a drive from Pasadena, this is a beautiful location and definitely worth the drive to have your family session here.

WELCOME

I call myself a ‘people’ photographer, specializing in capturing the personalities of people through family, newborn and event photography. I’m originally German-Japanese and was raised embracing both cultures. I was raised in Japan and in many parts of Europe, until I finally settled in Los Angeles to call it my permanent home.
