That’s why I bring the entire newborn session experience to you, right in the comfort of your home.
I offer two types of in-home newborn sessions. You can choose one or do both for a full, well-rounded session:
1. Studio-Style Solo Newborn Portraits
For those timeless, serene solo shots of your baby, I bring all the props, wraps, and equipment needed to create soft, dreamy portraits right in your living room. These images are gently posed and focused entirely on your little one—highlighting those tiny fingers, sleepy expressions, and precious newness.
2. Lifestyle Family Moments
If you’re drawn to more candid, real-life moments, a lifestyle session might be the perfect fit. We’ll photograph you as a family—snuggling in the nursery, cuddled up in bed, or simply spending quiet time together. These sessions capture the love, connection, and beauty of your everyday life with a newborn. Nursing mothers are always welcome to include breastfeeding moments if that’s something meaningful to you.
Most families choose to do a combination of both. It gives you a beautifully rounded gallery: those sweet posed photos of your baby alone and the tender, emotional images of you getting to know your new family member.
A Peek Into William’s Session
This is exactly what we did for baby William’s in-home session. We started with solo portraits—William looked absolutely adorable in the neutral-toned wraps we selected, snuggled peacefully through each setup. Then, we shifted to the lifestyle portion of the session. I captured his parents holding him, smiling down at him, and soaking in all those brand-new baby moments. The joy and pure love between them was so genuine—it was truly special to witness and document.
